By accessing our website, participating in our programs, engaging our services, registering for training, submitting personal information, or utilizing any services offered by VIS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth herein.
VIS operates exclusively as a consulting, advisory, coordination, facilitation, and support organization. VIS does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, recruitment services, employment guarantees, educational accreditation, visa processing services, or government representation services unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
2. General Consulting Role of VIS
VIS functions solely as an independent consulting and facilitation organization.
VIS may coordinate communication, provide guidance, facilitate introductions, assist with documentation, support administrative processes, and coordinate services among clients, educational institutions, employers, instructors, and other third parties.
VIS does not replace, assume, or perform the legal responsibilities of any educational institution, employer, immigration consultant, government agency, training provider, licensing authority, examination body, or regulatory organization.
All final decisions, approvals, admissions, hiring decisions, certifications, visas, permits, licenses, examinations, and qualifications remain solely the responsibility of the applicable third party.
3. Human Resources Consulting Services
3.1 Nature of Services
VIS provides Human Resources Consulting and Career Development Support Services. Such services may include:
- Candidate database development
- Candidate profiling
- Resume and CV review
- Career counseling
- Professional development guidance
- Skills assessment support
- Employer outreach
- Candidate introductions
- Employment market information
- Industry networking support
VIS may collect candidate information and create databases categorized by industry sectors including engineering and construction, architecture and design, healthcare, hospitality, education, information technology, business administration, finance, management, manufacturing, logistics, and other professional sectors.
3.2 VIS Is Not a Recruitment Agency
VIS expressly discloses that:
- VIS is NOT a licensed recruitment agency.
- VIS is NOT an employment agency.
- VIS is NOT a manpower supply company.
- VIS does NOT represent specific employers unless separately disclosed.
- VIS does NOT guarantee employment.
- VIS does NOT guarantee interviews.
- VIS does NOT guarantee job offers.
- VIS does NOT guarantee salaries.
- VIS does NOT guarantee work permits.
- VIS does NOT guarantee employer sponsorship.
VIS merely facilitates the introduction of potential candidates to employers and industry contacts.
3.3 Employer Responsibilities
All hiring decisions are made independently by employers. Employers are solely responsible for:
- Candidate evaluation
- Interviews
- Background verification
- Credential verification
- Reference checks
- Employment offers
- Compensation packages
- Employment contracts
- Work permit sponsorship (if applicable)
- Employee onboarding
VIS has no control over and assumes no liability regarding employer decisions.
3.4 No Employment Guarantee
Submission of information to VIS does not create employment rights, employment contracts, preferred candidate status, priority consideration, or employment expectations.
No representation is made that employment opportunities currently exist or will become available.
4. Student Admission Consulting Services
4.1 Nature of Services
VIS provides educational consulting and admission facilitation services. These services may include:
- Program selection guidance
- Educational institution referrals
- Application support
- Admission process guidance
- Documentation assistance
- Pre-arrival information
- Academic pathway consultation
4.2 VIS Is Not an Immigration Consultant
VIS expressly discloses that:
- VIS is NOT an immigration consultancy.
- VIS is NOT a licensed immigration firm.
- VIS is NOT a law firm.
- VIS does NOT provide immigration advice.
- VIS does NOT provide visa representation.
- VIS does NOT submit immigration applications on behalf of applicants.
- VIS does NOT guarantee visa approvals.
- VIS does NOT guarantee study permits.
- VIS does NOT guarantee permanent residency pathways.
Any immigration-related decisions are solely determined by the appropriate government authority.
4.3 Official Immigration Information
All clients are advised to rely exclusively upon official government resources for immigration and visa information:

VIS shall not be responsible for decisions made by immigration authorities.
4.4 Admission Decisions
Admissions are granted solely by the educational institution. VIS cannot influence admission decisions, acceptance criteria, tuition fees, academic requirements, enrollment conditions, or student status decisions.
All final authority rests with the institution.
5. BIM Training Programs
5.1 Nature of Services
VIS offers Building Information Modelling (BIM) training and professional development programs through qualified instructors and industry professionals. Training may include:
- Autodesk Revit
- BIM Coordination
- BIM Management
- Construction Documentation
- Quantity Take-Off
- Architectural BIM
- Structural BIM
- MEP BIM
- Industry Best Practices
5.2 No Employment Guarantee
Completion of BIM training does not guarantee employment, promotion, salary increases, professional licensing, or certification acceptance by employers.
Training is intended solely for educational and professional development purposes.
5.3 Student Responsibilities
Participants are solely responsible for their own computer hardware, internet connectivity, software procurement, software licensing, data storage, system compatibility, and attendance requirements.
VIS shall not be liable for technical issues arising from participant equipment or software.
6. Canadian and Australian Diploma Programs
6.1 Institutional Responsibility
VIS may facilitate introductions and admissions to diploma programs offered by licensed and registered educational institutions. However:
- Admissions are conducted directly with the institution.
- Student contracts are between the student and the institution.
- Tuition obligations are between the student and the institution.
- Academic instruction is provided by the institution.
- Examinations are conducted by the institution.
- Attendance monitoring is conducted by the institution.
- Curriculum development is conducted by the institution.
- Academic assessment is conducted by the institution.
- Graduation requirements are established by the institution.
6.2 VIS Is Not the Educational Institution
VIS is not a college, a university, a vocational institute, an examination body, or an accrediting organization.
VIS acts solely as a facilitator and coordinator. All educational credentials are awarded by the institution and not by VIS.
7. Third-Party Services
VIS may interact with or introduce clients to employers, educational institutions, training providers, technology providers, government agencies, and professional organizations.
VIS does not control such third parties and shall not be liable for service quality, decisions, delays, refusals, cancellations, policy changes, or financial losses resulting from third-party actions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VIS, its directors, officers, employees, instructors, contractors, consultants, representatives, and affiliates shall not be liable for any of the following arising from the use of VIS services:
- Direct damages
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Special damages
- Lost profits
- Lost opportunities
- Employment losses
- Visa refusals
- Admission refusals
- Educational outcomes
- Business losses
9. No Professional Legal or Immigration Advice
Any information provided by VIS is educational and informational only. Clients should seek independent advice from licensed lawyers, regulated immigration consultants, accountants, educational institutions, and government authorities before making important decisions.
10. Governing Law
This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any disputes arising from VIS services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
11. Acknowledgment
By engaging with VIS, submitting information, participating in programs, enrolling in training, or utilizing any services offered by VIS, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclosure, Disclaimer, Terms of Engagement, and Limitation of Liability.
